Reset Password

Resetting an account password is a simple process. This article will discuss you how to reset a user account password.

 

Resetting your password from the mobile app.

1. Opening the application and tap on the Get Help option in the bottom left.
2. On the next screen tap on the Reset Password option.
   
3. You will need to provide the email address used for accessing your account, select Next.
   
4. A message will be sent to your email with a secure link to reset your password.
5. After you click on the reset password button in the email, you will be prompted to enter a new password.  Use the 'Go back to login' text/button to login using your new password.
