As a prerequisite to this step your company will have agreed to a set of agreed upon scope of work for an inspection (also known as Assignment Requirements) and your company will have performed the inspection within the method and means that allow you to complete the inspection. This article will walk you through how to add your inspection using the mobile version of the Land Gorilla platform.
The mobile version provides a different user experience that is aligned with performing the inspection onsite. The mobile version provides two distinct workflows that allow the user to complete the inspection by taking all the photos first and then analyzing the line items OR a different workflow that allows the user to proceed item by item and add photos to each line item as they go. This option will automatically assign the description of the line item to the photo as well as allowing additional photos to be added at the end of workflow and make edits to photo description.
Please note that the line items and data is provided by the client requesting the inspection on the platform and represent the work your company agreed to inspect.
- Locate the order that you are working on and click on the blue Create Inspection Report button.
- You will need to confirm to review the assignment requirements before you proceed.
- Select a workflow for completing the inspection:
